Consumer Rights:
The Buyer who is the consumer has the right to the out-of-court settlement of disputes. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is in charge of the supervision over the fulfilment of duties under Act No. 634/1992 Sb .. on Protection of Consumers. as amended and this authority also is the body competent to settle consumer disputes out-of-court. The buyer who is the consumer may file a complaint or an application for the out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute which arose in connection with the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer with the Trade Inspection Authority.

Kupující spotřebitel má právo na mimosoudní řešení sporu. Dozor nad dodržováním povinností podle zákona č. 63411992 Sb., o ochraně spotřebitele, v platném zněni, vykonává Česká obchodní inspekce (www.coi.cz), která je rovněž příslušným organem pro mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelských sporů. Kupující spotřebitel se může se svou stížností nebo návrhem na mimosoudní řešení spotřebitelského sporu vzniklým v souvislosti s právním vztahem mezi Prodávajícím a Kupujícím spotřebitelem obrátit na Českou obchodní inspekci.¨
Shipping:
The standard shipping method is GLS parcel service. Customers have an option of choosing a different shipping forwarder. All orders are dispatched EXW MK Cable warehouse.
Payment:
The following payment options are available:
- Credit Card via Shoptet Pay
- Wire Transfer against Proforma Invoice issued upon receiving an order
- Customer with approved NET 30 terms pay in 30 days from the invoice date
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns will be accepted if the below conditions are met. Refunds are made in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
If ordering outside of the Czech Republic you are responsible for any customs, duties and taxes in addition to the shipping charges. Bill to shipper not recipient.
- Non-defective product must be received at MK Cable within 14 days after a 14 day cooling-off period from the receipt of goods date.
- Ship the product inside a cardboard box with sufficient packaging to prevent damage.
- Product must be 100% complete, in original packaging and in resalable condition or we reserve the right to deny the return or apply a partial refund.
- Ship via a carrier that provides tracking numbers in order to provide "signed proof of delivery" to our warehouse.
- You MUST include a written statement saying it is for return for refund and the reason.
- If for exchange, please place a new order online and we will refund the original order.
- MK Cable prefers you include the written statement of return on your return authorization form or a copy of your sales order. Use this as your packing list.
- Refunds may be delayed if not received within 14 days after the 14 day cooling off period and all refunds are subjected to the following restocking fees*:
o 25% if returned after 30 days
o 50% if returned after 60 days
o 75% if returned after 90 days
o 100% if returned after 2 years
Defective products are not subjected to a restock fee. Provided a defective product is found, customer is to request and complete a Return Authorization Form from MK Cable. Upon the form approval, MK Cable will organize and cover the return shipping. MK Cable is to inspect the returned goods and approve / reject the claim within 30 days after goods receipt at MK Cable warehouse. Provided the claim is approved, customer will be credited for the cost of defective products within 5 days.
Items returned to another address will not be refunded. Custom made, non-cancellable items are not refundable. They are final sale.
